I think the language translation is in the way. I am completely trust worthy and totally reliable. You paid me for the camera and you received it safe and sound just as promised. In this deal you negotiated me down to my bottom price where on everything I am making $340 about 15% and then you want a money back guarantee from Japan. There is nothing missing. The only thing I see broken is shown in the picture of the protractor the clear plastic circle is cracked.
