よくある原因としては

・入力した住所にお間違えがあった

・配達時不在だったため、商品が郵便局に戻り、そのまま保存されている
→一度、最寄の郵便局に問い合わせいただけますか？

私のほうでも日本の郵便局に戻ってきていないか確認します。

万が一、それでも商品の出所が分からない場合は①返金②商品を再手配
