8月30日購入しましたが、在庫なしで11月に入荷予定であることを説明がありました。
３ヶ月以上延滞しておりました。
12月6日発送予定をしており到着まで2週間ほどかかるそうです。
国内にあるCoins JapanでNGCグレーディングキャンペーンが１２月２０日までとなっています。それまでに間に合えば手数料が安く済みます。（通常は１．５倍）このままですと間に合わないのでイギリス発のスピード郵便を利用して１７日までに到着するようにお願いしたい。延滞したので売り手の責任で負担お願いします

I have purchased them on 30 August, and told there was no stock and would be purchased in November.
About more than 3 months have been delayed.
They are expected to be shipped on 6 December and it take about 2 weeks.
In side the country's Coins Japan, NGC grading campaign is until 20th December. By then, if they are in time for that, the charges are reduced. (Normally it is 1.5 times) If it goes as it is, it does meet the timing, please used the UK starting Post service and reach here by 17th. As they are delayed, please take responsibility of its charges.
