なぜ納期が予想より掛かってしまったかと言うと、

我々にとってA以外の設備を売ることが初めてで、通常の社内ルールに当てはまらないので、どのように社内で進めていくか決めるのに時間が掛かってしまいました。
例えば、誰が図面を作るのか？誰が購買をすすめるのか？どのような仕様にするのか？等を決めるのに時間を要しました。

また、弊社技術部の負荷オーバーにより、なかなか図面作成が進まなかったのも原因の1つです。

現在の弊社の状況は非常に負荷が高い状態にあり、全体的に納期が掛かってしまっております。

The reason why the delivery took time than expected is that:

since it is our first time to sell the facility other than A isn’t applicable to in-house rules, it took time to decide how we proceed it internally.
For instance: Will who create a drawing? Will who proceed purchasing? What kind of specification will we make?

Also, one reason is that it was not easy to create a drawing due to heavily loaded of our technical staffs.
Currently our load is so heavy, delivery takes time entirely.
