アドバイスありがとうございます。
バイヤーが、“I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction” を選択し、“Send Response”を押してもらえば、caseはcloseできる、ということですね。
本当はcancel order をしたかったのに、私が処理を間違ってcaseをopenしたので、バイヤーに不利益がある事態は避けたいです。この処理をすることでバイヤーのaccountに問題が残ることはありますか？

It means that the case can be closed if a buyer selects "I accept the seller's request to cancel this transaction" and presses “Send Response”, right?
I opend the case by mistake so I need to avoid giving the buyer disadvatage.
Does any problem remain in buyer's account because of this operation?
