2) You might have noticed our 100% feedback rating. This is mostly due to our strong effort to ward off any problems by "spot-testing" as many items as we can....BEFORE INVOICING and/or SHIPPING. Especially if they are going overseas.

While doing that on your order, we noticed that "The Byrds" 45rpm had a repeated ticking sound during playback. Upon further inspection we found that it had a hairline crack and had to be trashed. We are very sorry.

2) 当店が100%のフィードバック評価をいただいていることはもうご存知かもしれませんが、これは主に当店ができる限り多くの商品に対して請求もしくは出荷前に「スポットテスト」を行うことで問題を回避する努力を徹底している結果です。とりわけ海外へ出荷する際は注意しています。

お客様のご注文の商品について同様のテストを行ったところ、「The Byrds」の45回転盤の再生中にカチカチという音が繰り返し入っていることが判明しました。更に検査した結果ヘアラインが入っていることがわかったので廃棄しなければならなくなりました。大変申し訳ございません。
