まず配送と連絡が遅れた事は真摯にお詫びします。しかし私は約束通り新しい追跡番号を提供しており、Aの追跡情報からもそれを確認することが出来ます。現在商品は米国税関で止まったままになっています。
通常5日程度で届く筈が滞留しており、輸送業者の責任で対応すべき事案の為現在調査依頼しております。
過去の例から推測すると、荷物の所在が分かった場合は配達まで3日程度、破損紛失等問題があった場合はさらに時間を要します。なおBの件は異存ありません。そちらで確認可能な範囲で追跡をお願いします。
