こんにちは。
先日注文した商品が届きました。
オーダー番号は○○です。

到着してすぐに商品を確認したのですが、片側のマグネットがくっつきません。
磁力がなくなっているのかもしれません。
片方はきちんとくっつきます。
写真を添付しますので、ご確認ください。

少しの不良なら引き取りたいのですが、さすがにこの商品を引き取るのは難しいです。
返品したいのですが、どのようにすればよいでしょうか？

また関税などは返金されますか？

I checked the item immediately after it arrived, but a magnet on one side does not work.
