大変申し上げづらいのですが、Aの出荷が出来なくなりました。
理由はエレメントの不良で、全数製作し直しになります。
現在の予定納期は8/22になります。
なんとか1日でも納期を縮められるよう調整しております。

直前のご連絡になってしまい申し訳御座いませんが、
一度〇〇社へ納期遅延の連絡をお願い致します。

正直な話、私レベルではもうどうにもならない状況ですので、
ご要望があれば上長に直接交渉して下さい。
直接訪問して説明が必要であれば、上長と一緒に訪問します。
