お世話になります。
マニュアルを確認しました。
まずヒューズは切れてません。
電源は入ります。
ただ音は出ません。
内部リレーは中から聞こえません。
外部スイッチは使用してません。
TAPEボタン何度も押しましたが変化はありません。
ショートピンを挿しても外しても変化はありません。
おそらく電源を入れてランプが光ったので動作するものと勘違いされたのでは
ないですか？
完全に故障してます。
修理代の半分で結構です。
残りの半分は当方で負担しますので。
PAYPALより125ドルのご返金をお願いします。

I have checked the manual.
The fuse isn't shorted.
It can be powered on.
but the sound doesn't come.
I don't hear any Internal relay inside.
The outer switch hasn't been used.
No change has been seen after pressing the TAPE button several times.
No chance after inserting the short pin.
I guess you may have thought it works because the lamp got on after powered on.
It's completely broken.
I'd like you to pay the half of the repairing costs. I'll bare the rest half.
