以前いただいた証明書（添付）には、トラッキングナンバーが入っています。
それは今回のナンバーと異なるため、再度証明書を要求されています。
ナンバーが無い証明書か、今回の荷物のナンバー入り証明書が必要です。
ナンバー無しの場合、証明書が今後も再利用できるか、週明けにUPSに確認します。
まずは今回の発注文だけで良いので証明書を発行して頂けないでしょうか。
また今後ですが、日本は※製品の通関がとても厳しいです。
今後のお取引が御社に負担になるのであれば残念ですが輸出の停止も仕方がないです。

There is a tracking number indicated in the attached certificate you gave me before.
Since the number is different from the one for the shipment in question, they are asking for another certificate.
The certificate should be either without a tracking number or with the tracking number for the shipment in question.
I will ask UPS early next week if I can use a certificate without a tracking number repeatedly for any shipment in the future.
For the time being, can you please issue a certificate for the shipment in question?
In Japan, inspections for ※ products at the customs are very strict.
If any transaction in the future becomes a burden on you, I would understand that you stopped exporting it.
