申立書および既に裁判所に提出された証拠書類は、債権者（代理人）からあなたに直接郵送されます。

来庁された際には、この通知書を発令係に示してください。また、ご本人であることを確認できる運転免許証、健康保険証等の身分証明書を当日必ず持参してください。

なお、当日来庁されない場合には、あなたの主張（言い分）を聞かないままで仮処分発令が発せられることもありますから、念のため申し添えます。
