お世話になっております。
発送いただいた追跡番号"RB62***DE”のことですがドイツ郵便で照合したところで動いていないようです。間違いなく日本の住所にて発送したでしょうか？間違ってアメリカに届いたか心配です。追跡番号が間違っていれば正しい番号をお知らせ下さい。
可能であれば発送された時の住所のわかる伝票の画像を添付してメッセージに連絡頂けたらとおもいます。

Regarding tracking number RB62 DE you sent, I checked by German post and found that it is not working.
Is it sure that it was sent to address in Japan? I worry that it might have arrived in the States by mistake.
If the tracking number is wrong, please tell me correct number.
If possible, would you attach image of the slip showing address when it was sent by message?
