2月10日に日本から商品を注文しました。到着しましたが、ボトルが2つ破損していました。
返品、返金して欲しいのですが、質問があります。

1：この商品は日本へ直接輸送してもらいましたが、日本から御社のアメリカの住所までの
返送費用は負担してもらえますか？　手続き方法を教えて下さい。

2：私は同じ商品を急ぎで欲しいので、再度注文します。
新品の商品を交換すると処理に時間がかかると思うので、
返品が完了したら返金手続きを始めてもらって良いですか？

I order the items from Japan on February 10th. They were arrived; however, two bottles were already broken. I would like to return and get refund. Before that, I have questions.

1, These items were shipped to Japan directly. Can you be responsible for return shipping cost from Japan to your American address?
2, I order them again because I need the exact same items immediately.

I think you need more time the handling process to change the new items. That is why can you start the refund process after return process is finished?
