施行令に伴いＩＢＭとして何らかの対応が必要ならば、事前の準備が必要です。日本は大変官僚的な国なので、登録申請の準備には十分な時間が必要です。
こうした情勢を踏まえ、ＩＢＭの日本での継続的なビジネスを可能にするため、銀行法改正に関する情報を、事前に調査する必要があると思います。私は、この法改正を所管する金融庁、及び、決済代行システム業者と契約を締結する必要のある銀行等、私の持つ情報ルートにヒアリングをしようと考えています。
少し時間が掛かりますが、状況が分かり次第ご報告いたします。

I am planning to do hearing on the information route that I have, such as the Financial Services Agency that is in charge of amending the law and the banks that need to sign contracts with the payment agent system contractor.
