Located at 2211 Ala Wai Boulevard in Honolulu, Aloha Lani is one of my favorite affordable Waikiki condo buildings, as its location, living spaces, and amenities are all sure to meet and exceed any expectations you have for a new place to call home. With a number of restaurants and bars along Lewers Street situated right around the corner, Aloha Lani’s walkability truly is off the charts. In addition, several neighborhood parks are also just a few short steps away from the front lobby doors, including Ainahau Triangle, Waikiki Gateway Park, and of course Fort Derussy Beach Park that sits right on the waterfront.

meet and exceed any expectations you have for a new place to call home. 「全て期待を上回る物であり、私にとってはお気に入りのコンドミニアム、または自分の家と呼ぶのにふさわし場所である。」expectations とyouの間にthatが省略されていることはご承知の通りでしょう。訳を拝見するとこのthat節とexpectationsの関係を理解されていらっしゃらないことがわかります。a new place to call homeを「新居」と意訳することにすると、全体で「新居に期待することを全て満たす、上回る」という意味になります。
