宿泊の為のお部屋準備、大変だったと思います。
またお忙しい中、週末のアクティビティの計画もありがとうございます。娘に話しましたら、大喜びしております。彼女はプールで遊ぶのも好きですので、水着を持って行かせます。

I told it to my daughter and she was very happy. As she likes playing in the swimming pool, she will go there with her swimming costume.
