あなたに言われた通りにペイパルアカウントに
配送先の住所を登録しようとしましたが、日本のアカウントではアメリカの住所は登録できませんでした。
ペイパルカスタマーサービスに問い合わせしましたが無理だそうです。アメリカのアカウントにも登録をしてみましが、請求先住所を日本に設定できませんでした。
ペイパル担当者に対処方法を聞いたら、ギフト先の住所として配送先住所を指定してくれとの事でした。
一旦私の日本の住所に請求して下さい。ギフト先住所に指定してみます。

As per your advice, I tried to register a delivery address, but they did not accept US address in Japanese account.
Even inquired the PayPal customer service, they said it is not possible. I tried to register a delivery address in Japan for the US account, also is not accepted.
According to the PayPal, we have to register the delivery address as a gift receiver.
Would you please claim for my address in Japan and I will register as a gift receiver.
