昨日、商品をうけとりました。しかし、ebayの商品説明文と著しく異なる商品です。
新品未開封と記載されておりましたが、届いたときの箱の状態は、一回あけられた箱に茶色のテープで、再度梱包されておりました。さらに外箱にも傷があります。
電源コードは白いペイントで汚れています。これは新品の商品ではありません。
今すぐに全額返金してください。3日以内に対応してもらえない場合はペイパルに争議を申請します。あなたに悪い評価がつくでしょう。商品の返送代金もあなたが払ってください。

I received the item yesterday; however, it is entirely different from how it's described on eBay.
On eBay, the item is described as a brand-new, never-opened product. The package I received was previously opened and re-packaged using brown packing tape. In addition, the outer box was damaged.
The power cord has been stained with white paint. This item is obviously NOT brand-new.
I demand immediate refund in full amount. If you would not take any actions within 3 days, I will file a complaint with PayPal. You should expect to see bad evaluation on you as a seller. I expect you to pay for the shipping charge for the return shipment too.
