DHLから荷物が返送されたと輸入社から連絡がありました。

返送期限の何日も前からTax_IDについて幾度もメールや電話で連絡したにも関わらず、
DHL内でたらい回しにされた結果、返送期限を迎えたという理由で返送されたとの事です。

ついては、以下の通りDHＬ社へ連絡頂けますでしょうか。

・返送された商品を大至急、米国へ再納品する。送料は全額DHL負担。

今回貨物が返送されたのはDHL社の社内連携ミスが原因です。

We've informed by our importing agency that the cargo was shipped back by DHL.

Even though they have contacted DHL about the TAX_ID by e-mails & phones since some days before the due date of sending back, their inquiry was forwarded again & again in DHL, then finally the cargo was sent back because of the due date.

Regarding this case, could you contact DHL as below?

・Deliver the cargo which was sent back, to the US immediately. The shipment fee must be paid by DHL.

The reason of the cargo sent back is the lack of communication sharing in DHL.
