ケセラセラは僕の座右の銘である。物事はなるようになるからあまり悩むなという態度を表している。大抵の場合、脳のスムーズな運行を阻むものは予見できない未来を過度に心配する自分自身の心である。どのような結果が来ても受け止められるような人生態度を普段から作ることで、その緊張をほぐすことができる。
僕はいつもケセラセラとつぶやいて深呼吸し、肩から腰にかけての力を抜くことで、自分が左右できる範囲において最高のパフォーマンスを実現できるように努める。

英語

Que Sera Sera is my motto. It means what ever will be, will be and we don't have to to worry too much. Generally, the thing that prevent our brain from working smoothly is our own mind which worries about unpredictable future. I always make a point to have a life attitude of accepting whatever thing that happens, and able to relax that anxiety. I always chant Que Sera,Sera while taking a deep breath, with the full force from my body, I strive and deliver the best performance which is within my control.
