The control company has changed 2 times since the purchase of the art5icle, the TPI is 3.

I asked whether there is a tenant currently but there hasn't been an answer yet.
However, the rent hasn't been paid once since August 2015, and in that time a legal eviction process hasn't been made so I thought that currently, it was vacant until now.
I also have no idea how is the situation with the house lock, the water service or electricity.
