先日商品が届きました。確認したのですが、写真の通り、ガラスが破損しております。
写真のとおり、外箱の中にさらにダンボールで梱包されていますが、外箱と中箱の間の緩衝材があまり入っていないようでした。eBayの記載を拝見しましたところ、７日以内でのリターンとありましたので、返品を希望します。またご返金願います。保険はおそらく発送元（セラー様）にて、手続きとなると思います。ご連絡お待ちしております。よろしくお願いいたします。

I got the item the other day. I checked it, and the glass was broken.
Like the picture, it has the one cardboard box in the other box; however it does not have enough cushioning packaging between outside and inside cardboard boxes. I checked the policy of eBay and it said “return in 7 days.” That is why I would like to return it. Also, please refund it. I think the seller has to register the insurance. I am looking forward hearing from you. Thank you.
