状況を簡単に説明すると、数ヶ月前、サムから突然一方的に契約解除を言い渡されました。
「テナントの面倒が大変で費用もかかったのに、私が何もケアしてくれなかった」というのが
彼の言い分でした。しかし、今までそのような連絡は全くなく、当然私としても対処のしようもなかったので、その旨を彼に伝え、必要なケアは何でもするので契約を継続してほしいとお願いしたのですが、その後何度連絡をしても返答がない状態です。
私が心配なのは現在の家の状態です。早く現状を把握し必要な対処をしたいのが私の望みです。

To explain simply the circumstance, a couple months ago, Sam told me the termination suddenly and unilaterally.
He said that I hadn't cared anything though he had worked hard to care for the tenant and it had cost so much.
That was his accuse. However, till now, he haven't told me such a thing, so of course I didn't know how to cope with it. I told him so and asked if it is possible to continue the agreement if I care anything in need. But still there is no answer.
I'm very worried about the state of my house. I want to Know the current situation and to cope with it.
