It is extremely noisy and has trouble focusing, also when I look into the lens with a light I can see something stuck to one of the internal elements. Not sure if it is a scratch or a piece of dust. I want to be sent a lens, not this damaged lens that you sent me.
The focus is not always sharp when taking a picture with distance less than 1.5 meters. For long and middle distances does not work at all.
This happens both for indoor and outdoor pictures. I don't think this is a problem with a camera because I don't have this problem with other lenses.
It seems that problem not always could be solved with USBDock calibration. There is no way to make adjustments and get sharp focus when using different focal length
それはとてつもなくうるさく、焦点を合わせるのに問題がある。さらに、光を当てながらレンズを覗くと、片方の中に何かが詰まっているのが見える。それが引っかき傷なのか埃なのかはわからない。私は、レンズを送って貰いたいのだ。君が私に送ってきた傷ついたレンズではなくて。
1.5メートルよりと近くから写真をとると、焦点は安定しないし、長距離と中距離だと全くだめだ。室内でも室外でもこれは起きる。他のレンズでこんなことは起きないから、これがカメラの問題だとは思わない。
問題はいつもUSBDockの調整で解決するわけでは無いようだ。違った焦点距離を用いても調整をしてはっきりとした焦点を合わせる方法はない。

正確な訳だと思います。通販のクレームのメールでしょうか？ 「です・ます調」でもいいかもしれませんね。
