デザインチームのマネージャーである前任者が辞めたことで、私がその役目も担うようになり、直属の上司であるAさんと直接色々な事を話したり、相談もするようになり、初めて「チーム」を管理する側の立場として、大変さを身にしみて感じています。その意味で、Aさんは私にとって、仕事での問題解決の良きアドバイザーであり、また悩みも聞いてくれる理解者でもあります。社内の色々な問題でストレスを感じながらも、デザインチームに対して最大限サポートしてもらっていると感じています。

Because the former design team manager designed, I am to do the work. I became to talk directly with Mr A who is direct boss and consult him. As a person on the managing position of "team" for the first time, I feel a great challenge myself. For that, Mr A is a good adviser for me to solve business matters as well as a good listener to listen to my problems. While feeling stress with various inner problems, I feel the design team supports me in a great extent.
