Ｋの家は5ｍ超の吹抜けと、そこへリズム良く配された天井梁を”大きな樹”と仮定しその足元へ広がる居心地の良いスペースをＬＤＫ（広場）となる様に設計した。
また開口位置を慎重に検討し、南側の近隣住居の通り道となる場所には高窓を、北側に広がる良好な景色へは大開口のピクチャーウィンドウを設けた。
一方子供室と寝室へ2つの専用階段を設ける事で、各個室はプライバシーの高い構成となっているが、家族の日々の交流が図れるように全てＬＤＫ（広場）を通ってのアクセスとなる様にした。

Ks House was designed with a more than 5 meters open ceiling where been for celling are rhythmically distributed. Assuming it as a big tree, the open space spreading from its tree was designed as LDK (open space).
Addition to that, possitiin of windows was seriously considered, south side window of the house where neighbors pass through made high while a wide-open picture window was placed at noth side window of the house where beautiful scenery is spreading.
Another is designing a child room and a bedroom with each private stair, made each room a high privacy construction. However, those rooms are designed only accessible through LDK (open space) in order for family to have relationship on a daily basis.
