我々の注文の出荷準備はどうなってるでしょうか？
Aさんから8月3日に受け取ったメールではパッキングが終わり、8月7日には出荷できるとの話でしたが、パッキングがまだ終わってないのでしょうか？それとも事務処理が終わってないのでしょうか？送金から間も無く2ヶ月になります。貴社から商品が出荷されて我々が実際に受け取るまでにさらに2ヶ月前後かかりますので、我々にとってとても厳しい状況です。出荷状況の詳細を教えて下さい。

How is preparation of shipment of our order going?
The email I received from A on August 3rd says that the packing was completed and was ready to be shipped on August 7th. I wonder if the packing has not been completed yet? Or has the clerical processing not completed? Soon it is 2 months since we had sent money. As it takes another 2 months for us to receive it after you send it, we are in the hard time. Please let us know details of the shipment.
