貴方のワーキングビザを申請したのですが、申請は本人でないとできないということで申請を受け付けて貰えませんでした。
国内に居る方のビザの申請は、原則本人しか行えないとのことでした。海外在住の外国人の方のビザ申請は行ったことがあったので、今回も同様かと誤解していました。確認不足で申し訳ありません。
申し訳ないのですが、ビザの申請をご自身で、東京入国管理局で行っていただけますか。申請の書類一式は準備しましたので、取りに来ていただくか、郵送しますが、どちらが宜しいでしょうか。

I applied your working visa but it was not accepted because it should be done by you.
They said applicants who live in Japan must apply by themselves basically. I have applied visa of a foreigner who lives in outside of Japan so I thought I could do it. I'm so sorry for the lack of confirmation. I'm afraid that could you apply by yourself at Tokyo Immigration Bureau? I got all the applications you need so I would like you to come and get them or I can mail you. Which do you prefer?
