It takes work to get things organized in a way that employees can spend the majority of time focusing on tasks that they can do well. Another thing happens when you give employees jobs that allow them to exercise their gifts regularly: they get excited about doing their jobs. They know that they will be able to accomplish lots of things, and so they are excited about coming to work and succeeding.
