もしも返金手数料その他手数料が180$ってことなら高すぎだよ！当初あなたは送ったにも関わらず返送されてきたと言っていたが、本当に送ってくれたんですか？商品が届いていないのだからサインなどできるわけないでしょう？そのあと、、1月10日には郵送したのか、何回も聞いてるんですけど返信はないし。返信がないってことは実は送ってないんじゃないの？と疑ってしまうのも無理ないでしょう？とにかく会話になってないので納得いかないので、全額返金とは言わないが半分の90$返金してくれませんか？

If you are saying that the refund cost plus other costs is $180 then I think it's too expensive!
