お客様からアプリの不具合の報告がありました。
ユーザーID、パスワードの入力時に、アプリが落ち、スマートフォンの電源自体も落ちてしまうという報告がありました。

また、GooglePlayStoreのレビューでもアプリが使えなくなったという報告が多数出ています。

レビュー内容をご確認の上、対処方法をご教示ください。

また、アプリの日本語翻訳については、日本人に任せたほうがよいと思います。
細かい部分の間違いが多々あり、細かい部分を日本人はかなり気にします。

I received a report about defect of application from the customer.
He or she said that application is turned off when user ID and password are input as well as power of smart phone is also turned off.

I also received many reports that users cannot use application in review of GooglePlayStore.
I attached screen shot.

Upon checking details of review, please tell me how to handle it.

Regarding translation of Japanese of the application, it is better to entrust it to Japanese.
There are many small mistakes, and Japanese people are concerned about it very much.
