Telling the truth is certainly a part of integrity. But having integrity goes far enough to include living by commitments that have been made (even verbally), owning up to mistakes, not stealing in the workplace, and not padding bills.

Multiple relationships
Your relationship with each employee is only one of many relationships. Each member of your team has relationships with coworkers, vendors, clients, and possibly even a large number of potential customers who have not yet committed to your product or service. Each of these groups must be able to trust the integrity of each of your employees. If they don't, they have no basis on which to continue the relationship.
