To have employees who are highly enthusiastic about their work, you need to be enthusiastic about your work. If you are like most people, that is not something that will flow out of you naturally. You must make a conscious decision to be enthusiastic. If you are a person who is naturally enthusiastic all the time, relax and be grateful for the gift. If you aren't, get ready to do some more work.

Determination
Each day when you enter the office, you must determine that you are going to be excited about what you have to do. That doesn't mean you are going to love everything you have to do that day, but that does mean you will attack each and every task with enthusiasm, whether you feel it or not.
