インフィニティ商品の弊社品番280019・280024に使用されているキャスターに不良がありますので交換品を弊社着払い便のエアーで至急お送り頂けますでしょうか？

不良内容ですがキャスターが回転しないとの事です。
交換品全て円滑に回転するかご確認の後お送り頂けますと幸いです。

内訳ですが、ストッパー付きを4点、ストッパー無しを4点お送り頂けますと幸いです。

There are defective casters used for our company's item number 280019・280024 of Infinity products so could you please send replacement items urgently by air with payment on arrival option?

Regarding the content of defect, casters won't rotate.
