今日あなたから送られてきた荷物のうち、金属製の工具箱が変形していた。
移動中の衝撃によって工具箱の中に入っている工具（Drain Cleaner）が中でガタガタ動いて、工具箱にぶつかって変形したようだ。
あなたが検品したときに工具箱の中を開けて工具を確認しているようだが、元通りに戻して送ってくれたか？適当に戻して送ったのではないか？
この商品は高額な商品で、保険にも入っているので保証をしてほしい。写真を添付するので確認してください。他にも写真があるので必要であれば提出する。

The metallic tool box sent in one of the packages I received from you today was deformed.
Apparently the tool (Drain Cleaner) inside the tool box was moved by the shock on the way to be transferred and it hit the tool box from inside.
When you opened the tool box to check the tool inside as inspection, did you put everything back in the way how it was before? Are you sure that you did not pay less attention and just sent it anyways?
This item is a high-priced item, and I also have the warranty insurance for this. So I'd hereby like to claim this warranty. Please check the pictures attached. I can send you some other pictures too, if necessary.
