私の近況報告でメールしました。私は今就職活動をしています。40歳からの再就職はかなり難しくもありますが、ありがたいことに2社のディストリビューターから、設立予定の新営業所の所長候補として声をかけて頂いており、うち一社は明日11日に面談をしてきます。
また結果報告はいたしますが、私としては入社は断りたい気持ちでいっぱいです。
その後、新製品の臨床使用結果はいかがでしたか？
日本での販売計画は進められそうですか？
また近況を教えてください。

I am sending this mail for letting you know about my present situation. I am now looking for a job. It is rather difficult to reentry at the age of 40, but i am asked to be a candid for the manager from two distributors'　corporations as they are planning to establish new business offices. I am going to have a meeting with one of them on 11th, tomorrow.
I will inform you of the result, but I do not feel like working for them.
How about the clinical use result of the new product?
Do you think you can proceed the sales project in Japan?
