商品は他のクレジットカードで購入が出来たのですが、
違うカードで商品を購入しようとしたときに購入できていないのに請求が発生しています。

I could purchase the item with another credit card, but
when I try to purchase with different card, there will be a request for payment even though the item is not purchased.
