"Hi,... I own both Roland gr20 and gr55,... and also 3 more guitars with GK pickups,.. so believe me when I say, this is not user mistake in settings, something is seriously wrong here. Unfortunately we don't have licensed Roland service in Croatia, but if you are willing to refund half the price as you say, I'm willing to take GK3 to some non-licensed service to try and fix it somehow on my expance,.. if they don't succeed I will live with that, cos sending it back to you will cost me additional money, and I already payed 40$ for income duties... thanks"
