私は商品を先月発送しています。郵便局側のミスで再梱包した旨連絡がありましたがもうそろそろ到着する筈です。最近テロ対策で日本発の荷物検査が強化され、昨年と比べ到着に時間がかかる様です。英国宛は到着に2か月要した事もあったため暫くお待ち頂けないでしょうか。
またあなたは書留無で発送希望でしたので私はその通り対応しました。仮に商品が届いても証明する手段が無い為取引を躊躇しましたが、未着時の責任はあなたが持つと連絡頂きましたので希望通り値引し販売しました。まずは異議を取り下げて下さい。

I shipped the item last month. I will arrive nearly as by the post office mistake, they repacked it. Recently, against terrorist, package inspection was tighter for the good start from Japan and it seems arrival is later than last year. Could you please wait for a while as there was a case that for England, the arrival was 2 months late.
As you requested without any documents, I followed it. Even though the item arrives, there is no way to approve the item, I thought a little, but as you promised to be responsible in a case of not arriving, I accepted and discounted the price and sold it to you. For the first place, please withdraw your obgections.
