恐らくBank Aにプロテクトがかかっています。
解除方法は下記の通りです。

1、SYSTEMを押す
2、カーソルキーを使い「PROTECT A」を表示。
　表示の横が「 ON」になっていれば＋か−ボタンでOFFにし「EXIT」を押す。
　もし「ネバーパワーオフ」と表示が出たら画面がかわるまでお待ち下さい。
これで解除されるはずです。
不要なデータを削除すれば録音できるはずです。

メモリーカードは商品説明に記載している通り、もともと付属しておりません。
必要であれば購入頂くようお願い致します。

I am afraid Bank A is protected.
The cancellation method is as follows.

1, Press SYSTEM
2, Use the cursor keys to display "Protect A".
