連絡が大変遅くなりお詫び致します。私は以下の内容をあなたへ連絡済だと勘違いしてしまっていました。
お送りした品について製造元と確認したところ、破損、故障ではない可能性が極めて高い事が分かりました。
何故なら同じ品を製造元から再度購入した結果、頂いた写真と同じ状態の物だった為です。新たな品を再送しても同じ状態の物をお届けする事になります。従ってまだ発送していません。試しに電源を入れ正常に動くか（水を入れ温まるか）確認頂けないでしょうか。尚日米間では電圧が異なる為変圧器を使用下さい。

I checked with the manufacturer about the item you had received and found that it is not likely to be a breakage or breakdown. I purchased the same item from the manufacturer again and it was in the same condition as in the photo received from you. I can send you this new one, but you will just end up receiving one in the same condition. Therefore, I have not yet shipped it. Just to make sure, could you please turn it on and see if it functions correctly (if the water gets warmed up)? For your information, please do use a transformer as the electric power in the US is different from japan.
