AAA（学会名）が終わった後、あなたには京都と名古屋でご講演の予定があるとお伺いしています。AAAの開催期間中の滞在費、移動費は全て、AAAが負担をさせて頂きますが、その後の旅費・宿泊費については、AAAと名古屋のスポンサーから講演料が出るので、そこから交通費と旅費の一部を出して頂かないといけません。詳しいことはAAAの時に、B先生が直接、あなたに説明をさせて頂くとのことです。私では詳しい事をお伝え出来ず、申し訳ありません。（意味さえ通じればいいので、流暢な英文に変えて下さい

After the conference AAA, you are going to have other lectures in Kyoto and Nagoya. We will support all the expenses for stay and transfer during the conference AAA.
