4.　QC工程表
-　検査の全体の流れがわかるもの。（製造工程、担当部署、検査記録、検査手順書など）
-　各検査の内容がわかる資料
-　その検査の合否基準
-　各検査の記録（検査を実施したことがわかるエビデンス）
-　システム全体の最終的な検査成績書

提出書類の中に引用する社内規定等がある場合、文書名・文書番号を明記すること。
その文書について、文書体系を説明すること。
