日本窓口にメールしても返信なく電話も繋がらないので困り果て、英語窓口にメールします。Oというプランで部屋タイプはスーペリア無ければデラックスにて宿泊予約を希望。期間はXです。組合せは最初のx泊がホテルAで残りx泊をホテルBで計画してます。予約の可否と可能であれば必要な手続きを教えてください。もう時間がなくエアチケットの手配等々も有るので迅速な対応を求めます。可能であれば日本語での返信希望ですが対応が遅くなるのであれば英語での返信でも構いません。僕の連絡先は以下の通りです。
