楽天のカード会社に確認が取れました。説明が不足していて申し訳ございません。
楽天のクレジットの場合一部金額のみ請求ということができませんので、商品が戻ってきた10月3日に一旦、8055円の請求をキャンセルさせていただき、新たに送料を追加した10415円を再請求させていただきました。
8055円の方はお客様のカードの締め日や会社によって違いますが返金か、相殺の手続きとなります。
詳しくは13日以降くらいにご契約のカード会社の方へお問合せください。

I checked with Rakuten card company. I am sorry about lack of information.
Rakuten credit card cannot request partial amount of payment so I will cancel the invoice of 8055yen on the day of 3rd of October when the item comes back then I charged 10415yen including shipping fee.
8055 yen will be refunded or offset depends on the card company's closing book date.
In detail please contact to the company after 13th.
