前回　送っていただいた請求書を送って頂けませんか。請求の価格は、消しする事に問題ありません。
ブランドの規模が小さくて、東京に営業所を持つ必要がありません。全てのお客さんが、添付ファィルの品番での発注しか興味がありません。 靴箱を２個追加したいので、最終数量は５個になります。納期が指定されての発注なので、必ず守ってください。
今回、余計にかかった倉庫費用は、次回の請求の時支払う形でも宜しいでしょうか。

This is packing-list, isn't it? Would you send me the bill that you sent me last time? It isn't a problem to conceal the price. It's pointless to have a branch in Tokyo since the brand is small scale. I'm only interested in every single customer and what they bought from the list in the attached file.
