私はどうやら勘違いをしていました。
8月16日に"Returned to Sender"と記載されておりますが、
その後は返送されることなく、通常通りあなたに向けて配送されています。
おそらく、配達員が入力を間違えたのでしょう。
追跡情報によると、荷物は9月8日から保留されているようです。

代金は既に返金済みですので、
大変申し訳ありませんが、もう一度お支払い頂くか、
商品が届いたらこちらへ返品して頂けないでしょうか。

お手数をおかけしますが、よろしくお願いいたします。

It seems like some kind of miss has happened during shipment.
We found that even item shipment status was described as "Returned to Sender" on August 16,
the shipment was on the way.
We suspect that delivery personnel made mistake while they changed item's status.
According to the tracking information, luggage appears to be on hold since September 8.

I am afraid that I must ask you either return the item if it arrives or send money to us
since refund on this item has already taken place.
