こちらの注文で不良が見つかり７月の中旬頃メールで問い合わせた際に
商品代の50％と税金を3から５営業日で返金して頂けるとのことですが本日確認した所まだ返金されておりません。

しかし、受け取った商品を確認したところSilverの刺繍が入っていました。
返金希望します

刺繍の文字の縁の部分に問題があります。
白の下糸が布の表側に出てきてしまっているため、青い文字が汚く見えてしまいます。
いつも送ってもらっている刺繍文字と比べても、仕上がりが悪いです。
もっと綺麗に縫ってもらうことは出来ますか？

When I inquired by email when I found a defect in my order, you said that you were going to refund 50 percent of the item and tax within 3 to 5 business days. I checked it today but it has not been refunded yet.

But when I checked the item I received, I found an embroidery of silver.
Please refund me.

I found a problem at the edge of the character of the embroidery.
As white thread below is on the front, blue character is not clean.
It is completed in bad condition compared with character of the embroidery that you always send to me.
Would you sew it in better condition?
