まず初めにDirectXのバージョン9.0ｃ以降をインストールされているか確認して下さい
確認出来ない場合は最新版のDirectXをインストールして下さい
その後パソコンにコントローラを接続すると自動的にドライバーがインストールされます
もしインストール画面が現れた場合は画面下の真ん中のボタン＞の記号がある部分をクリックしインストールして下さい
もしこれで動作しない場合はこちらで対応できないのでアマゾンカスタマーサポートに連絡して下さい

At first, please make sure if you installed the DIrectX version 9.0c or later.
If you cannot confirm about that, please install the latest DirectX.
After that, the PC connects to the controller, a driver will be installed automatically.
If the installation screen is displayed, please click the > button which is the center of the lower screen.
If it was worked to do that, we cannot handle that, so please contact with the Amazon's customer support.
